Flight prices are getting cheaper as airlines increase their services for the summer season.

According to the Swedish Times study, recent data shows that airfares dropped by 8.1% in June, which is the biggest decrease in almost a year. Airlines are benefitting from lower fuel costs and more people wanting to travel.

The number of people going through airport security is now higher than before the pandemic. Delta Air Lines made a lot of money in the second quarter and expects to make even more until the fall. They are also adding more flights to Europe.

This means that prices for flying to Europe are staying the same. United Airlines and American Airlines will tell us more about how many people are flying next week.
